29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: a) Million Air hangar Parking Lot: Employees were not trained to recognize the hazards associated with ladder use and the procedures to minimize such hazards. Condition noted on or about 01/14/2020. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000 AS PER CFR 1903.19.
