29 CFR 1910.177(d)(4): The employer did not furnish or assure that employees use an air line assembly which includes a clip-on chuck, an inline valve with a pressure gauge or a preset able regulator, and a sufficient length of hose between the clip-on chuck: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards associated with servicing single rim wheels. This was most recently documented on January 9, 2020 at 365 Main St, Burr, Nebraska where the employer had not ensured their employee was using an inline valve with a pressure gage or a preset able regulator when servicing single rim wheels.
