29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. On or about December 27, 2019, employees were exposed to electrical hazards when a flexible cord, at the large line bucking station in the thread shop, was used as fixed wiring to provide power to a fan.
