29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: Location: 409 East 110th Street, New York, NY 10029 On or about: December 21, 2019 (a) The employer did not document nor utilize energy control procedures for employees engaged in maintenance parking lifts. Employees were exposed to uncontrolled energy sources while performing maintenance on park lifts.
