29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): The driver shall be required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel. On December 5, 2019, around Dock Door #48, a forklift operator was changing a propane tank and another forklift operator was backing up and did not look in the direction of travel and struck the forklift operator.
