29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(B): The employer's piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs) were not accurate and did not represent equipment that was existing and was part of the process. a. Churn Room - On or about December 10, 2019, the vessel piping P&IDs were not accurate in that vital components were: - Missing: i) C10 Lower Piping Plan - Temperature gauge (steam out side); ii) C10 Lower Piping Plan - Temperature gauge (city supply side); iii) C10 Lower Piping Plan - Valve between the steam trap and temperature gauge (steam out side); iv) Solvent Manifold #1 Wall Elevation South Wall-Mezzanine Level - Fusible link safety valve between solvent meter and valve; - Misplaced: v) C7 Lower Piping Plan - Dampener; vi) C7 Lower Piping Plan - Fusible link safety valve; and vii) C10 Lower Piping Plan - Fusible link safety valve.
