29 CFR 1910.217(b)(7)(iii): The means of selecting Off, "Inch," Single Stroke, and Continuous (when the continuous function is furnished) that was supplied with the clutch/brake control to select type of operation of the press was not capable of being supervised by the employer: Instances including, but not limited to, the following: a) Job site, 33 McGovern Road, Crescent, PA: On or about November 23, 2019, during production activities on the Torc-Pac part revolution press number 11, serial number 57-7135, located in building 4, the employer did not ensure that the mode control selection switch was supervised so as to prevent selections between different operating modes.
