29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Location: Boiler house On or about December 10, 2019, the employer did not have suitable eyewash stations available for employees required to check and fill boiler chemicals that are corrosive such as Amercor, Amersite, and Amertrol, in that the portable eyewash station had not been maintained on a regular basis.
