29 CFR 1926.960(c)(2)(i): When and employee used rubber insulating gloves as insulation from energized parts, the employer did not ensure that rubber insulating sleeves were also used: On or about November 15, 2019, at jobsite location 831 N. Federal Highway, Hallandale, Florida, an employee was exposed to an electrical shock and/or electrocution hazard when using rubber-insulating gloves as insulation from energized parts without using rubber-insulating sleeves.
