29 CFR 1910.106(d)(2)(i): Approved container(s) or portable tank(s) were not used for the storage of flammable or combustible liquids: a. On or about 11/7/2019, at Assura Windows and Doors LLC, 1543 N Powerline Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33069. Line #3 -Employees were potentially exposed to a fire hazard while a perforated safety can was used to store a flammable liquid (i.e. isopropanol). b. On or about 10/24/2019 at 1543 N. Powerline Rd Pompano Beach FL 33069. Glazing area -The isopropyl alcohol was stored inside a water bottle, exposing the employee to a chemical hazard. c. On or about 10/24/2019 at 1543 N. Powerline Rd Pompano Beach FL 33069. Line #2- The isopropyl alcohol was stored inside one gallon plastic containers, exposing the employees to a chemical hazard.
