29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: At the workplace located at 544 North Avenue, Moberly, Missouri 65270, an employee was exposed to struck-by, caught-in and amputation hazards while operating the 90 ton Cincinnati press brake. Employees assigned to operate the 90 ton Cincinnati press brake were not provided special hand tools to handle material which would prevent them from placing their hand in the point of operation.
