29 CFR 1926.1425(c)(3): The materials were not rigged by a qualified rigger: a) Crane operations near pile holes: On or about October 7, 2019 an employee with only three months experience and assigned to hook and unhook the rigging to the rebar cages utilizing an alternate method was not sufficiently trained to be qualified as a rigger utilizing the alternate method as determined by OSHA, which exposed employees to injuries associated with being struck by and crushed by the load.
