Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. a) Conference/Break Room: The microwave and fridge were plugged into a surge protector and not plugged directly into the wall outlet. b) Overflow Room: The coffee maker was plugged into a surge protector and not directly plugged into the wall outlet.
