29 CFR 1910.140(c)(18): Personal fall protection systems was not inspected before initial use during each work shift for mildew, wear, damage, and other deterioration, and defective components were not removed from service. On or about 9/11/2019 Throughout the facility workers were exposed to fall hazards of up to 25-feet were the employer failed to require the Turret and Picker operators to inspect their harnesses. During the walkaround inspection there was a harness S/N 1168774, observed in use on Turret 560-14-B21424, that was visibly damaged.
