29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet: The employer is failing to protect employees from fire and explosive hazards associated with improper compressed gas storage. This was most recently observed at 10330 I St, Omaha, Nebraska on September 5, 2019, when a full oxygen tank was stored next to a full acetylene tank in the maintenance department.
