29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing and labeling. a) Main office: On or about August 29, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fire hazard while overloading power strips to connect office electrical equipment. b) Breakroom #2, east wall: On or about August 29, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fire hazard while using a power strip outside of its UL listing to power a microwave instead of plugging it directly to the wall.
