29 CFR 1910.244(a)(2)(iii): Loads were not cribbed, blocked or otherwise secured immediately after being raised with a jack. On or about 21 August 2019, and at times prior thereto, tire rims were welded together and used to support a raised vehicle without being cribbed, blocked or otherwise secured, exposing the employee working underneath to the hazard of being struck by the falling vehicle and tire rim stand.
