29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): a) Work place was located at 25 Colony Road, Jersey City, NJ 07305 The employer failed to perform an adequate PPE assessment to include the use of protective footwear throughout areas of the facility where workers may be exposed to crushing injuries to feet.
