29 CFR 1910.307(c)(1): Electrical equipment and associated wiring was not approved as intrinsically safe, was permitted in a hazardous location for which it was not approved. On or about August 19, 2019 and at times prior thereto, woodworking equipment such as but not limited to, Shop Fox Dust Collector, Norfield Jam Router, and Norfield Door Assembly Machine operating in an area containing Class II, Division 2 combustible dust, were not intrinsically safe for a Class II, Division 2 location, exposing employees to hazards of electric shock and fire.
