29 CFR 1926.761(b): Fall hazard training. The employer shall train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of this section. The employer shall institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program. Location - 75 Hayden Ave. Lexington, MA On or about 8/15/2019, employees engaged in steel erection/decking work were not trained in the nature of the hazards and the establishment of a "controlled decking zone" (CDZ).
