29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: (a) BIN 72, NEAR ENTRY DOOR - Employees performed grain bin operations near the entry door to bin 72, and the employer had not installed a cover on the junction box for the bin unload receptacle, which thereby exposed employees to live 240 volt electrical conductors, on or about August 5, 2019. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
