29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. a). At the worksite - On or about and times prior to July 31, 2019, protective helmets were not worn by employees who worked underneath items such as cinder blocks and masonry cement mix while working from a fabricated frame scaffold, thus exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
