29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i): Unguarded projecting shaft end(s) did not present a smooth edge and end and projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft: a) Nox US, LLC - Fostoria, Ohio: On or about October 16, 2019, a projecting shaft end in the Lamination Line 1 pit, located on an ink roller below the pink compression roller, exposed employees to caught-by hazards in that the rotating part was not guarded.
