29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) Facility - On or about July 30, 2019, a 110 Volt Electrical Panel was not adequately labeled. Many of the circuit breakers did not have any labeling to ensure employees can turn off the power to the correct and corresponding machines, equipment, etc. the breaker is powering to perform any servicing or maintenance operations on those machines, equipment, etc., and avoid electrical hazards. One circuit breaker had been taped over as well.
