29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): On or about 07/16/2019, MOST Inc., located at 50 Cherry Blossom Way, Troy, MO, had various forklifts with front window shields that were in need of replacement/repair. The shields were so damaged as to make visibility hazard(s). At least two such Toyota forklifts (S/Ns: 11837 and 10881) had such an issue.
