29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, a clinic, nor hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid. On or about July 1, 2019 employees were not trained in first aid/CPR. Emergency Medical Services was approximately 20 - 25 minutes from the job site.
