29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent and continuous. a. On or before June 25, 2019, where employees used an extension cord to provide electrical power for a circular saw, the ground prong was missing from the male end of the cord, thereby exposing employees to a 125 volt electrical contact hazard.
