29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition: a) Forklift # 1- On or about July 7, 2019, daily forklift inspected documented tires had damage and the employer did not ensure the forklift repair were taken out of service. b) Forklift # 3- On or about June 10, 2019, daily forklift inspected documented When lifting heavy pallets the body of the forklift is shaking and making noises" and the employer did not ensure the forklift repair were taken out of service. c) Forklift # 5- On or about August 5, 2019 - daily forklift inspected documented "the horn did not function when press" and the employer did not ensure the forklift repair were taken out of service. d) Forklift # 7- On or about June 21,2019-daily forklift inspected documented that the horn did not function when press" and the employer did not ensure the forklift repair were taken out of service.
