29 CFR 1910.26(d): Measures such as wheel chocks or sand shoes, were not used to prevent the transport vehicle (e.g. a truck, semitrailer, trailer, or rail car) on which a dockboard is placed, from moving while employees are on the dock board: On or about June 20, 2019, employees were exposed to injury while operating a forklift inside a trailer that was parked, without a tractor, at a dock because the wheels were not chocked.
