29 CFR 1926.451(a)(6): Scaffolds were not designed by a qualified person: a) Intersection of Parkway Drive/Merritts Avenue NE: On or about June 6, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet, in that the employer allowed employees to be elevated on a job made work platform to install CAT-5 wires and the platform was not designed or constructed by a qualified person.
