29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: The employer is failing ensure that employees are protected from electrical hazards. This was most recently documented at 901 E. Highway 6 St., Imperial, Nebraska 69033 on June 3, 2019. There was no documentation of any annual periodic inspections of procedures for the control of hazardous energy releases resulting from servicing equipment including, but not limited to, the Semi Loadout Pumps and the Rail Unload Pump.
