29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) CJ TMI Manufacturing America, LLC - Dough Room: An employee had an amputation while placing his fingers into one of the points of operation of the egg roll machine (mixer 200) Model #TMI-CJ17P03, Serial # TH17CJP03. Occurred on or about 05/21/2019. b) CJ TMI Manufacturing America, LLC - Noodle Line - first level: Employees are exposed to a pinch point hazards from unguarded circular feeders on a dough sheet maker machine, observed on or about 05/23/2019 c) CJ TMI Manufacturing America, LLC - Ready Meal area: Employees are expose to a pinch point from an unguarded gap on the conveyor belt of the last station of the Ready Meal line, Anrits Machine Model# VSB/L-2, Serial # S#E2735/117, observed on or about 05/23/2019. d) CJ TMI Manufacturing America, LLC - Mixing Ingredient room: Employees are exposed to the Weiler Chopper V Model # H3A-#1 unguarded point of operation while they dump ingredients inside the funnel container, observed on or about 06/10/2019. e) CJ TMI Manufacturing America, LLC - Noodle Line - second level: Employees are exposed to a pinch point hazards from moving parts inside the noodle line ILAPAK Machine Model #Vegatronic2000OF serial # 0631030152, guards were removed and were not secured back in place, observed on or about 06/10/2019.
