29 CFR 1910.1025(j)(2)(i)(A): The employer did not make available biological monitoring in the form of blood sampling and analysis for lead and zinc protoporphyrin levels at least every 6 months to each affected employee: a) Throughout the establishment: On or May 30, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to lead hazards, in that blood tests to determine blood levels were not provided to affected employees every six months.
