29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: The employee is failing to train employees on the recognition of fall hazards associated with residential construction. The condition was most recently observed on or about May 17, 2019 at the jobsite located at 402 Fuller Drive, Wentzville, Missouri. The employer does not ensure employees installing shingles and underlayment on a residential roof are able to recognize and minimize their exposure to fall hazards.
