29 CFR 1910.106(h)(8)(iii): Combustible waste and residues including rags used for wiping combustible and/or flammable liquids were not stored in closed metal waste cans. a. At the boat assembly building, employees were exposed to fire and smoke inhalation, in that, rags that had been previously soaked with flammable chemicals, such as but not limited to, acetone, isopropyl alcohol and mineral spirits were placed in a netted blue bag and disposed once a week, on or about May 7, 2019.
