29 CFR 1910.178(m)(1): Trucks shall not be driven up to anyone standing in front of a bench or other fixed object. a) Fabrication Area: On or about May 3, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that the employer allowed employees to drive a forklift (Skyjack SJ643TH telescoping forklift, serial number 87110842) up to a steel structure with other employees standing in front of it.
