29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition: a. 406 Roycefield Road, Hillsborough, NJ The employer did not ensure powered industrial trucks requiring repairs were taken out of service. Employees engaged in warehousing activities in the production area and yard, operated a Komatsu, G-30 forklift that had a damaged propane bottle strap that would not lock to aid in keeping the propane bottle in place. Violation occurred on or about April 24, 2019
