29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about April 25, 2019, employees in the warehouse were exposed to hazards associated with improperly stored fire extinguishers where the following deficiencies found included, but were not limited to: a) Outgoing dock - Fire extinguisher properly mounted and marked, but blocked by boxes. b) Work area- Fire extinguisher properly mounted and marked, but blocked by racks. c) Incoming dock - Fire extinguisher properly mounted and marked, but blocked by boxes and trash bin. d) Warehouse - Fire extinguisher properly mounted and marked, but blocked by pallets. e) Warehouse - Fire extinguisher properly mounted, but not marked. f) Warehouse - Fire extinguisher properly mounted and marked, but blocked by pallets. g) Second floor warehouse- Fire extinguisher properly marked and mounted blocked by an electrical panel.
