29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): Procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance including, but not limited to, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(A), (c)(4)(ii)(B), (c)(4)(ii)(C) and (c)(4)(ii)(D): On or about 4/22/2019 in the production area at 4145 Mead Road, Macon, GA: Employees performing servicing and maintenance activities on supreme coconut bar cooking, caramel enrober, log line, and other equipment were exposed to amputation and caught-in hazards, in that; procedures developed did not clearly and specifically outline scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to control the heat, water pressure, rotating, moving, and mechanical energy sources. a) Supreme Coconut Bar Cooking Equipment b) Caramel Enrober Equipment c) Extruders, Mach III, Divinity Extruder, and Macaroon Extruder d) Bon Bon Coater e) Tip Line and Hot Side Log Line f) Production line conveyors
