29 CFR 1910.1200(h): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and -2 on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced: a. 1200 Airport Road, Unit D, North Brunswick, NJ - Product Development The employer did not provide effective training for employees using cleaning chemicals. Employees engaged in the manufacture of vitamin supplements and other tablets used chemicals which included, but were not limited to, Isopropyl alcohol (2-propanol), also known as isopropanol or IPA, on a daily basis to clean equipment were not provided training on the hazards associated with the chemicals they were using.
