29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each operator had successfully completed the training required by this paragraph (l), prior to permitting the employee to operate a powered industrial truck (except for training purposes) except as permitted by paragraph (l)(5): a) 425 Beaver Valley Road, Wilmington, DE: On or about April 25, 2019, the employer did not ensure each operator received training prior to operating Komatsu and Yale forklifts, exposing the employees to potential injuries.
