29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): (a) Blue Parrot - Employees who are exposed to the hazards associated with dish machine detergent, chlorine sanitizer, rinse additive, and pot and pan detergent are not being provided with safety data sheets for the chemicals. The employer fails to provide safety data sheets as required by the standard, as demonstrated on or about 04/18/19.
