29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about April 17, 2019, employees in the warehouse and front office were exposed to hazards associated with improperly stored fire extinguishers where the following deficiencies found included, but were not limited to: a) Warehouse front office- Fire extinguishers were not mounted and left on the ground. b) Front office - Fire extinguisher was mounted but not identified by signage. c) Outside warehouse- Fire extinguisher was blocked by material. d) Warehouse front office- Fire extinguisher was mounted, but not identified by signage.
