29 CFR 1910.176(c): Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards from tripping, fire, explosion or pest harborage: Establishment: On or about April 8, 2019, cartons/boxes of merchandise were littered in the aisles in the following areas creating fire hazards: a) In the store room adjacent to the walk-in cooler and freezer. b) Door leading into the far bathroom was partially blocked by cartons/boxes of merchandise in storage. c) In the store room in the area of the shelving and stored gas cylinders. The Dollar Tree Stores, Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1269761, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on September 7, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1155 S. Havana Street, Unit 23, Aurora, CO 80012.
