29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer shall have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: location: 805 Mamaroneck Ave., Mamaroneck, NY 10543, entire site on or about: 4/9/19 a) Employees were working from tubular welded frame scaffolding. Two of the employees were not provided with scaffold safety training. NOTE: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
