29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. On or about April 5, 2019, the employer failed to ensure employees working on removing gutters and installing new ones wore protective eyewear to protect them from flying debris and particles when they were using electric power tools such as but not limited to hand held drills.
