29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a. On or about 3/27/2019, at the Back Building of Twins Twins LLC located at 720 S Main Street, Labelle, FL 33935, employees were potentially exposed to a caught by hazard while working close to a conveyor carrying cooked tortillas out of a tortilla manufacturing machine (i.e. Celorio, Serial #171341-44), driven by an unguarded sprocket wheel and chain. b. On or about 3/27/2019, at the Back Building of Twins Twins LLC at 720 S Main Street, Labelle, FL 33935, employees were potentially exposed to a caught by hazard while working close to a conveyor which carried cooked tortillas out of a tortilla manufacturing machine (i.e. Celorio, Serial #140541-5), driven by an unguarded sprocket wheel and chain. c. On or about 3/27/2019, at the Back Building of Twins Twins LLC located at 720 S Main Street, Labelle, FL 33935, employees were potentially exposed to a caught by hazard while working close to a conveyor which carried cooked tortillas out of a tortilla manufacturing machine (i.e. Celorio, Serial # not available), driven by an unguarded sprocket wheel and chain. d. On or about 3/27/2019, at the Front Building of Twins Twins LLC at 720 S Main Street, Labelle, FL 33935, employees were potentially exposed to a caught by hazard while working close to a conveyor which carried cooked tortillas out of a tortilla manufacturing machine (i.e. Celorio, Serial #171207-45), driven by an unguarded sprocket wheel and chain. e.
