29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1)(v): Employee(s) required to use PPE by this section were not trained to know the proper care, maintenance, useful life, and disposal of the PPE: On or about March 22, 2019, an employee handling a basket of nuts through the phosphoric acid bath line was exposed to contact with phosphoric acid solution and the gloves were observed: a) with the dipped PVC portion of the glove cut allowing water to enter the finger areas; and b) stored on a bench after being damaged.
