29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: a) At the site above, the employer did not ensure that the men and women's locker rooms were clean. Trash was observed overflowing, clean and dirty scrubs were intermingled, used disposable gloves were left hanging on coat racks next to clean personal clothing, and floors were soiled with spills and debris.
