29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Facilities and Kitchen Areas: Employees use SNB-130 degreaser and ZEP Citrus Cleaner for cleaning operations. An emergency eyewash station was located adjacent to Security, away from the areas where the products were used. In an emergency, employees would have to travel through a doorway to access the eyewash. Employees were exposed to eye irritants.
